Welcome to Precious Eyes, operated by Vytris Inc. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Precious Eyes mobile application (the "App") and related digital services.

Precious Eyes is a digital utility designed to promote visual health through screen time awareness, automated 20-20-20 rule prompts, break reminders, and customizable timer loops.

Informational and Utility Purposes Only: The App is designed solely as a wellness and productivity utility. Nothing contained within the App constitutes medical advice, optometric guidance, diagnosis, or clinical treatment.
No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Use of the App does not establish a doctor-patient or healthcare provider relationship.
Consult a Professional: Always consult a licensed eye care specialist, optometrist, or medical professional regarding eye strain, vision degradation, or underlying health conditions.
4. Zero Personal Data & Local Storage
As detailed in our Privacy Policy, the App operates on a strict zero-data-collection model.
All reminder configurations, preferences, and usage settings remain stored exclusively on your local device. You are responsible for securing your physical device against unauthorized access.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The App, including its software code, interface design, branding, vector logos, graphics, and underlying logic, is the exclusive property of Vytris Inc. and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
Bypass, disable, or tamper with any safety features or operational controls within the software.
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose under federal, state, or international laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. VYTRIS INC. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VYTRIS INC. AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
